Alaska
Pollock Fillets, Batter Coating, Vegetable Oil. Alaska Pollock Fillets:
Alaska Pollock, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Fish Moisture).
Batter Coating: Water, Rice Flour, Wheat Flour, Tapioca Dextrin, Salt,
Whey, Onion Powder, Baking Powder (baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum
Phosphate), Dextrose, Sugar, Sunflower Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Yeast,
Spice, Natural Flavor. Vegetable Oil: Cottonseed And/or Canola Oil,
Rosemary Extract (to Protect Flavor).

Cooking
Directions:Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook.Conventional
Oven:1. Move oven rack to middle of oven.2. Heat oven to 425degF.3.
Arrange uncooked fish fillets in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving
space between fillets.4. Bake uncovered 22–24 minutes* until coating is
golden brown and crunchy. Turn fillets over after 12 minutes of
cooking.*Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165degF or higher
before serving.Microwaving is not recommended.
Keep frozen.
Warnings
