Alaska Pollock, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (flour, Niacin, Iron,
Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Vegetable Oil (cottonseed,
Soybean And/or Canola), Water, Yellow Corn Flour, Less Than 2% Of:
Sugar, Dextrose, Salt, Whey, Baking Powder (baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum
Phosphate), Yeast, Onion Powder, Natural Flavor, Sodium
Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Fish Moisture), Tbhq (to Protect Flavor).
Directions:Not Fully Cooked. Keep frozen until ready to
cook.Conventional Oven:1. Move oven rack to middle of oven.2. Heat oven
to 425degF.3. Arrange uncooked fish sticks in a shallow metal baking
pan, leaving space between fillets.4. Bake uncovered 12–14 minutes*
until coating is golden brown and crunchy. Turn fillets over after 8
minutes of cooking.Cook sticks thoroughly before serving.*Fully cook
fish to an internal temperature of 165degF or higher before
serving.Microwaving is not recommended.
