Directions
Microwave oven:
Cook only one at a time.
Cook on high 3 minutes. No need to vent film.
Stir and re-cover.
Cook an additional 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes.

Conventional
oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook on
baking sheet in center of oven 45 minutes. Check that food is cooked
