internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F at center of filet, turning
3-4 times. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place filets on baking
sheet and cook for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165
degrees F at center of filet. Grill: Preheat grill. Grill filets,
cooking 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165
degrees F at center of filet.
