Directions
Make
the world’s best oatmeal® at home. Bring water and salt to a boil. Add
Steel Cut Oats, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring
occasionally, for 15-20 minutes (or longer for creamier oatmeal). Remove
from heat and let stand for 2 minutes. Servings Oats Water Salt. 1
Serving 1/4 cup 3/4 cup pinch. 1 Servings 1/2 cup 1 1/2 cup pinch
3 Servings 3/4 cup 2 1/4 cups 1/4 tsp. 4 Servings 1 cup 3 cups
1/4 tsp. Steel cut oats in the slow cooker. Combine 4 cups water, 1 cup
oats and 1/4 tsp salt in a 4-6 quart slow cooker. Cover with lid and
cook on low for 7-8 hours or overnight. Makes 4 servings. Store in a
cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.
