WILL NEED if using beef 1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF 1 CUP MILK 2 1/4 CUPS HOT
WATER FOR TOPPING 3 TBSP MILK OR YOU WILL NEED if using chicken 1 LB
UNCOOKED BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS 1 TBSP BUTTER 1 CUP MILK 2
1/4 CUPS HOT WATER FOR TOPPING 3 TBSP MILK 1. BROWN Brown beef in
10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes, breaking up and
stirring; drain. Return cooked beef to skillet. 1. COOK Cut chicken into
1/2-inch pieces. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken; cook 3 minutes, stirring often. 2. STIR Stir in 1 cup milk,
hot water, Sauce Mix and Rice. Heat to boiling. 3. SIMMER Reduce heat.
Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is
tender. Meanwhile, stir 3 Tbsp milk and Topping Mix in bowl. 4. ADD
Remove from heat. Add topping. Refrigerate leftovers.
