Grain Parboiled Rice Whole Grain Orzo Pasta (wheat), Salt; Less Than 2%
Of: Lemon Juice*, Garlic*, Onion*, Spices, Butter Oil (milk), Dextrose,
Corn Syrup Solids, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Tartaric
Acid, Enrichment (iron Phosphate, Niacinamide, Thiamine Mononitrate,
Folic Acid)
Directions
Simply
Add: 2 tsp oil; 1 lb shrimp, 2 cups yellow squash, sliced; 5 oz bag
spinach; 1 lemon, halved; 2-1/4 cups water. Begin by heating oil in
skillet over medium-high heat and cooking shrimp for 4 minutes, until
shrimp is cooked through. Remove everything from skillet and set aside.
Combine grains, seasoning and water in skillet and bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes, or until
most water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Mix in spinach, squash and
shrimp. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over
mixture. Stir well and enjoy!
